About me
Hi, I'm Victoria Whittaker
I've spent 20 years in property, most of it on the buyer's side of the negotiating table across Geelong, the Bellarine Peninsula and the Surf Coast.
I started Geelong First Homebuyers because so many first home buyers don't need someone to buy for them. They need someone experienced to explain the process, check their thinking and stand beside them at the big moments. I also built Property Wealth Calculator so buyers can run real numbers before they commit.
Questions
Are you connected to a real estate or buyer's agency?
Geelong First Homebuyers is my own independent coaching business. You pay me for coaching, and my job is to help you make your own decisions with confidence.
Is this financial or lending advice?
No. Coaching covers the buying process, strategy and negotiation. For loans and borrowing capacity, talk to a licensed mortgage broker, and you'll still need a conveyancer or solicitor for your contract.
Do I need to have found a property first?
Not at all. Many clients start months before they're ready to buy. The earlier we plan, the more options you have.
